Music Services
I bring together clinical music therapy training with years of experience teaching, facilitating, and connecting with people of all ages through music. The services on this page are varied in purpose and approach (some are therapeutic, while others are educational or creative in nature). Please read each offering carefully to determine what best fits your needs.
Music Therapy
50-minute sessions | Online 1,200 MXN per session (Mexico) | $65 USD (~1,300 MXN) per session (international) Available to clients in Mexico and internationally.
Not everything can be put into words. That's not a problem — that's where music therapy comes in.
I'm a Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC). That means I completed an accredited music therapy degree, a supervised clinical internship, documented practicum hours, and passed a national board examination. Music therapy is a clinical, evidence-based practice — not background music during a session, not music lessons, not a playlist.
In online music therapy sessions we might:
- Use music listening as an entry point into emotions that are hard to reach through conversation
- Use rhythm and sound for grounding and nervous system regulation
- Explore your relationship with music and what it has held in your life
- Combine music-based work with conversation in an integrated session
This is particularly useful for people who feel stuck in talk therapy alone, who process better through non-verbal means, or who have always had a strong relationship with music and want to use it intentionally.
Who benefits from music therapy:
- People navigating grief, trauma, or major transitions who need a different way to process
- Those who find words insufficient for certain emotions
- Clients who already have a strong relationship with music and want to use it in healing
- People who want a more creative, embodied approach
- Anyone who has tried talk therapy and wants to try something different
Please note: Music therapy is a clinical service. It is not the same as music lessons or music education. If you are looking for instrument instruction, please see Private Music Lessons below.
Private Music Lessons (Coming Soon)
Piano | Functional Guitar | General Music Theory Available online to students ages 4+, worldwide.
Launching soon. Express your interest below and I'll be in touch when lessons open.
I hold a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy and have extensive experience teaching music to children and adults. I particularly love working with young children (ages 4 and up ) and have a knack for making early music learning fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.

What I teach:
- Piano — Beginner through intermediate. Particularly well-suited for young beginners, children, and families looking for a warm, encouraging first experience with an instrument.
- Functional Guitar — Beginner level. Focus on building practical skills — chords, strumming, and playing songs you actually want to play.
- General Music Theory — For students of any age who want to understand how music works, read notation, or build a foundation alongside their instrument practice.

Parent and Me Music Classes (Coming Soon)
In person group classes | Babies and toddlers ages 0–3 & their parents/caregiver
Launching soon. Express your interest below and I'll be in touch when classes open.
Music is one of the most powerful tools for early childhood development — and some of the most joyful moments happen when caregivers and little ones make music together.
Drawing on my music therapy training and background in early childhood, I'm developing small, intentional online group music classes designed around the developmental stages of babies and toddlers. Each class is age-specific, play-based, and designed to be genuinely fun for both the child and the caregiver in the room.
Classes will support:
- Early language and communication development through song and rhythm
- Sensory exploration and motor development through music-based play
- Bonding and connection between caregiver and child
- Early exposure to musical concepts in a joyful, low-pressure environment
Classes will be grouped by developmental stage — details on age groupings and scheduling will be shared when enrollment opens.
Caregiver participation is required. No musical experience necessary (just a willingness to be a little silly).
Please note: Parent and Me Music Classes are educational and enrichment-based. They are not clinical or therapeutic services.
Music and Wellness Workshops (Coming Soon)
Small group workshops using music intentionally for wellbeing, grounding, and self-awareness. Drawing on my music therapy training and background, these workshops are designed for the general public — no musical experience required.
Workshops are not clinical services and are not a substitute for therapy but may have therapeutic benefits.
If this interests you (whether for yourself, a group, a school, or a workplace) I'd love to hear from you.
